1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using BlessGig, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter binding contracts.

3. Accounts & Roles

You are responsible for your account, the activity that happens under it, and the accuracy of the information you provide (freelancer, client, seller, worker, advertiser).

4. Payments, Escrow & Wallet

Funds held in escrow are released only through BlessGig's secure RPCs. Wallet transfers, withdrawals, and payouts are subject to verification, rate limits, and anti-fraud checks.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Fraud, money laundering, or chargeback abuse.
• Off-platform payment circumvention.
• Harassment, hate speech, or harmful content.
• Misrepresenting your identity or qualifications.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

7. Disclaimer

BlessGig is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not a party to contracts between users.
